Im just a mom trying to make everyone my children included that mental health is a real 100% struggle that truly takes multiple lives and can also hurt people in my ways. Just be kind and love dont allow yourself to be mistreated nor mistreated others. I have been abused in every way throughout my life so I am teaching my kids the importance of respect and kindness
